Such information does not represent the viewpoints or opinions of our company. Tixify cannot be held responsible for any agreements, contracts, unfulfilled promises or any communication made between an event organizer and a third party. Tixify is not responsible for any illegal or unlawful material — including defamatory, indecent, pornographic, obscene, otherwise objectionable or harmful, or copyrighted material — posted to an event page by an event organizer on our system or otherwise provided by users to, through, or using this website.

Tixify is unable to offer refunds after a ticket has been purchased; however, a refund may be issued when an event is canceled.

If an event is canceled, a refund in the amount of the face value of the ticket will be issued to customers who purchased tickets. Service, delivery and transaction fees will not be refunded.

The event organizer will have control over any refund availability and duration. You understand and acknowledge that Tixify cannot, and has no obligation to, issue refunds unless and until Tixify actually receives all such corresponding funds from the applicable event organizer.

If an event is postponed to a later date, it is the event organizer’s responsibility to update the listing and notify Tixify. In such a case, the event’s organizer is required to accept outdated tickets at the door for entrance into the event. For tickets distributed electronically, the event’s organizer shall be responsible for updating electronic tickets to reflect the postponement of the event.

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the event organizer due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, the event organizer will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund and/or exchange if applicable.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be determined by the event organizer. To find out about the refund availability and process:

you will be notified by email if you have opted in to receive email updates; or

you can review notices posted on the event organizer’s website or contact the event organizer via the email address supplied on the event organizer’s Tixify listing.

If the event was moved or rescheduled, the event organizer may set refund limitations. Contact the event organizer for exact instructions.

If a refund has been confirmed by Tixify then the following refund method applies:

If you booked online or by phone using a credit card, Tixify will automatically refund to the credit card used for purchase within 14 days of notifying you that a refund for this event applies.

If you booked in an authorised Tixify retail outlet, please return to the same outlet you purchased from and take along with your Tixify receipt to obtain a full refund within 90 days of the event cancellation. You will be asked to sign for your refund. If you are genuinely unable to return to the store for a refund, please contact 

 providing details of the event and point of purchase and any other information as reasonably required to allow Tixify to arrange a refund. Note that any refunds conducted through this method will take significantly longer than refunds conducted through the retail outlet.

If you purchased the ticket(s) independently of the Tixify platform, you will need to return the tickets directly to the place where you purchased the tickets.

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY TICKET will be given or service fee except in accordance with the applicable Law. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and ticket selection. Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable except in certain circumstances where required by law as stated in the Terms and Conditions of purchase. Tixify cannot offer you a refund if you can no longer attend an event, however you may give your tickets to another person to use.

Non-refundable service fees may be added to each ticket and/or order. By purchasing tickets from Tixify, you agree to pay these fees and understand that the fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for any carrier fees associated with mobile ticket delivery.

Tixify sells tickets on behalf of event organizers which means Tixify does not determine the ticket prices, booking fees, postage and handling fees (if posted tickets are an option) or the seating selections.

Ticket inventory is the responsibility of the event organizer. Given inventory set by the event organizer, popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available in addition to inventory using Tixify set by the event organizer, however only the event organizer controls this inventory and its availability.

When purchasing tickets on Tixify, you are limited to a maximum of 10 tickets for each event unless the event organizer has authorised such purchases in its terms and conditions. If you try to circumvent the Tixify platforms to purchase more than 10 tickets the event organizer may at its discretion cancel additional bookings. This limitation has been designed to prevent unfair buying practices at popular events and make sure everyone gets a fair chance of attending the event. The reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited by non-authorised re-sellers, tickets found to be re-sold maybe voided and cancelled at Tixify’s discretion.

Tixify currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover credit/debit cards for card payment. Aditionally, you can pay with Paypal, Sofort, Bancontact and Ideal.  All transactions will post a "Tixify" memo on your billing/bank statement.  Some payment methods might be unavailable for certain events. 

Credit Card Purchases – Proof Of Identity

In most cases where you purchase your tickets using a credit card, in order to collect your tickets, you will be required to present the credit card used to purchase tickets and a picture identification, which must match each other and must match the name under which the booking was made.

You can only buy tickets with your parent’s or another person’s credit card if:

You have both permission to use the credit card and can bring it to the event or;

You have permission to use the card and the card holder has completed the Tixify credit card authorisation form – you will need to bring the form completed by the card holder to the event – click here to view and print AND IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH EITHER OF THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE LET INTO THE EVENT, even with a valid ticket.

All purchases are charged to your credit card at the time of purchase, not at the time of entry to the event.

In Europe, Tixify sometimes sells tickets for events at licensed venues, and these venues require a valid driver’s license, passport or proof of age to prove you are over 18 years of age. You may need to present this proof at the event venue to obtain admission.

Through the Tixify platform the event organizer may elect to offer one or more of the following delivery options for your ticket order. The proof of identity requirements set out in this Terms of Service will apply regardless of the delivery of ticket method used.

By “email / e-ticket” option: The Tixify platform provides an opportunity for you to provide your email address and will attempt to deliver your e-ticket by email to that email address. If you do not receive your e-ticket then please contact Tixify by email 

 at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

By “at the door” option: Tickets delivered through “at the door” delivery option are typically available one hour prior to the event start time at the location set by the event organizer.

By “Post” or “Registered Post” option: Please ensure you supply the correct billing and credit card account information for ticket orders as incorrect details will delay processing and delivery. Tixify and event organizer do not post to PO Boxes.

Delivery of tickets are the responsibility of the event organizer, unless Tixify has undertaken to provide this service to the event organizer. If you have selected delivery through the mail, please allow at least 10 working days after your order is made to receive your tickets from the event organizer unless the event organizer has provided express delivery options. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact the event organizer via the phone number or email address supplied on the event organizer Tixify event page or contact Tixify at

In order to discourage unfair ticket purchase practices, event organizers may set maximum limits for the number of tickets purchased per person. Tixify is not responsible for these limits, nor are we able to circumvent them in any way. Any attempted or actual circumvention of these limits by a customer will result in the termination, without compensation or liability to you, of any further use of any Tixify services and the nullification of any tickets purchased.

Tixify in no way condones the unlawful resale of tickets. Any unlawful attempt to resell tickets purchased through Tixify will result in Tixify terminating those tickets without compensation or liability to you, as well as the customer being barred indefinitely from use of any Tixify services.

If you violate any of the terms herein, Tixify reserves the right to terminate your account, bar you from using any Tixify services, cancel any ticket orders and take appropriate legal action, in each case without compensation or liability to you.

If you select a payment plan during checkout, your tickets will be reserved at the time of purchase. We will charge your credit card at the time of purchase and again automatically on all dates designated in your payment plan. Once your account is paid in full, your tickets will be delivered. If we are unable to process any scheduled payment, we will contact you to update your payment information. If you do not complete your payments as planned, your order may be subject to cancellation, and you will forfeit any payments. This decision is left to the discretion of the event organizer. Please note that if the order is canceled, you will lose your ticket reservation, and the tickets will be returned to the inventory for another customer to purchase.

Tixify are the official ticketing partner for this event and will issue tickets on behalf of the BBC (the “Event Organiser”).

The use of the ticket signifies agreement to the following conditions - anyone failing to comply with these conditions may be removed from the premises and have their ticket invalidated:

1. Tickets are priced at €33 each charged by the ticketing agent – this price is inclusive of a €3 booking fee.

2. A valid ticket will be required to gain entry to the venue and upon request for inspection at any time during the event. Failure to produce your ticket when requested may result in you being ejected from the venue. Tickets for the event are issued electronically and must be printed at home or displayed on a mobile device to gain entry. The venue reserves the right of admission refusal at all times.

3. Readmission will not be permitted once ticketholders leave the venue.

4. Customers can purchase no more than 6 tickets for this event – please be aware that this will be checked and multiple purchases will be cancelled.

5. This event is for those aged 18 years old and over. Proof of age will be requested upon entry so please make sure you bring photographic ID with you. Acceptable forms of ID are a valid passport or valid EU photo card driving licence.

6. The Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel this event at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. We also reserve the right to alter or change the programme and line-up without prior notification.

7. The Event Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission by the Organiser.

8. This is a multi-artist event. Not all of the names of those performing will be announced ahead of tickets being made available to the public and all ticketholders acknowledge this at the point of purchase. Refunds will not be provided due to line up.

9. Should the event be cancelled or line-up changed, the Event Organiser will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred by the ticketholder. In the event of cancellation of the entire event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded via the ticket agent the tickets were purchased through.

10. The Event Organiser via Tixify will use your contact details to email you about key messages relating to the event only. Please visit the BBC's Privacy & Cookies Policy (www.bbc.co.uk/privacy) for more information.

11. Any personal data customers provide as part of the purchase of tickets for this event will be collected and retained by the BBC appointed ticket agent for this event, Tixify. Tixify are the data Controller and Processor for this event and will collect and retain personal data of the members of public who have purchased tickets in accordance with their terms and conditions.

12. Tickets may not be re-sold, traded, or offered for sale; and may not be used as a prize or for any other promotional or trade purpose by any organisation except the BBC. Each ticket carries an individual security bar code. Sale or attempted sale is grounds for seizure or cancellation and those trying to use resold or cancelled tickets will be refused entry into the venue.

13. Audio and visual content from this event will be broadcast on BBC Radio 1 and associated social media platforms. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video, photography and / or audio recording of this event and / or any element thereof in any / all media throughout the world. They also agree to being filmed by police or security staff for the purposes of helping ensure the security of customers and preventing crime.

14. Alcohol will be on sale in the venue, if you look under 21 please do not be offended if you are asked for proof of age - the only forms of ID acceptable will be a valid EU photo driving licence or a passport.

15. The venue reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the venue at their discretion and any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on behalf of the venue may be ejected. In addition, anyone found to be causing damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure, causing harm to any other person on site, behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner, appearing to be under the influence of drugs or in breach of these conditions will be ejected and may be reported to the police.

16. The organisers reserve the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the venue, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward or other person acting on their behalf. Refunds will not be issued to anyone who is ejected from the venue.

17. Ticketholders are not permitted to bring any of the following articles into the venue:

- Any food, soft drinks, alcohol or refreshment containers

- Drugs (including legal highs) and other controlled substances - anyone found to be in possession of illegal substances will be ejected

- Anything else that interferes with the event or the enjoyment of the event by others, compromises public safety or could be used as an offensive weapon
